CREST SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS AWARDS HAVE CAPTURED THE SPIRIT OF OUR TIME. THEY ARE SURREY’S ONLY AWARDS UNIQUELY AIMED AT RECOGNISING AND CELEBRATING BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY BY ENTERPRISES AND ORGANISATIONS, THEY AIM TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE INNOVATION TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND PROMOTE MORE SUSTAINABLE WORKING AND LIFESTYLE HABITS.
Initiated in association with the University of Surrey’s Centre for the Environment and Sustainability, an internationally acclaimed centre of excellence on sustainable development, they recognise and celebrate business sustainability.
Launched in the midst of a global pandemic as CREST21, the awards are to be an annual highlight on Surrey’s event calendar for the local, national and international business operating within the county.
Following their inauguration with the hugely successful CREST21 Awards, they have become established as an annual event, they are Surrey’s first awards uniquely aimed at celebrating business sustainability. Preparation for CREST23 Awards is already underway and are due to take place at the WWF’s Living Planet Centre, in Woking, the site of its UK headquarters on 26th October 2023.
