Kelly’s was the first company in the UK to offer convenient Mobile Self Storage solutions to customers. Still in the family, the company now holds 2 facilities servicing Surrey, London and the South East and delivers storage units direct to the door of more UK households than ever before.
Not content with pioneering the Self Storage industry, Kelly’s launched Kelly’s Document & Data Management which specialises in bespoke document and data storage for businesses as well as Kelly’s STORAGE Charity Events, a unique concept in charitable giving whereby they pay for and organise sporting, fund-raising events in the areas they serve 100% of all money raised goes directly to local charities. Set up by the Directors in 2010, Kelly’s Storage Charity Events Department , with support & engagement from all members of staff, has raised over £700,000 to date!

We offer innovative solutions to every storage requirement from home, business and student through to archive and data storage, records management, shredding and scanning to straightforward household removals. We aim to be an example of how a business can benefit their community, provide an exceptionally happy workplace and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We have an innovative approach to charitable giving. We have a department dedicated solely to organising active sporting events that provide huge fundraising opportunities for local charities with whom we form long term relationships. The whole company contributes to each event in all manner of ways and our staff have been inspired by what we do and the charities we support.
We care about our local community and about our environment too. We have obtained ISO 14001 Certification which gives immediate reassurance that we have taken steps to minimise our organisation’s impact on the environment.
Kelly’s Storage has been based in Guildford, Surrey. A family-owned business, it is now in its third generation, all living locally & caring deeply about protecting and preserving this area of outstanding natural beauty. The company has been transporting and storing belongings of local residents with great care & the best possible customer service for over 80 years.
During the Coronavirus lockdown, we offered free community delivery services for individuals in need & we delivered 8,550 litres of sanitiser to Acute hospitals as well as GP practices across Surrey.
We always use local suppliers where we can. We are dedicated to protecting the environment, continually introducing new methods and systems to reduce any negative impact. Last year we installed solar panels on the roof of our warehouse.
We use boxes made from recycled materials, paper tape; a plastic-free office; Surrey Hills Coffee; eco- friendly cleaning products; electricity supplied by solar panels on the roof of our warehouse & all directors drive electric cars powered by the same source. We are hoping to change over to electric vans starting next year thus reducing pollution on our roads.
Our charitable endeavours are all focussed on small local charities operating within the area. As we cover all costs, the total amount of money raised goes towards supporting the less fortunate members of our community. The fundraisers are sporting events which encourage people to walk, run & cycle through the Surrey countryside in areas of outstanding natural beauty such as Loseley or Clandon Park thus encouraging appreciation of the area in which they live. The events are plastic-free, ISO accredited and we offer healthy food supplied by local growers & producers. Even the medals we award are wooden and produced by the Art department of a local Surrey school!
