VentureField is a business consulting and coaching company led by Phil Banfield, established in 2008 we offer business consulting, coaching, learning and leadership development programmes for teams in all sizes of business.
We have hands on experience of running businesses across many sectors including food and drink, business services and consumer goods. We are based in Guildford, and work with clients across the South East and internationally.
We specialise in commercial and leadership development and support new and established businesses and offer some unique team and leadership prorammes in the Surrey Hills, North Wales and The Lake District and can tailor a programme to your business requirements.
We are passionate about bring people to the Surrey Hills to learn and develop, where we run our “Always Outside” Coaching Walks, and Phil has been a North Downs Ambassador for several years.
