Be closer to nature by learning to forage mindfully and ethically. I teach you to comfortably forage ONE type of mushroom so that you finish the session able to forage for this family, the bolete family of mushrooms, which include Penny buns (aka Porcini or cep) and bay boletes.
We end the walk with a taste of wild food made with mushrooms.
With over 10 years of foraging experience and a passion for nature, Lisa leads foraging walks in the Surrey Hills, teaching people to mindfully and ethically forage nature’s offerings. in combination with her mindfulness background in forest bathing and herbal medicine expertise, Lisa offers a wealth of knowledge and experience for clients to further their knowledge and enthusiasm for foraging. She finishes her sessions with a taste of wild food.
