Easter Egg Hunts are fun Shetland Pony Treasure Hunts especially for Easter, with riding along a trail and chocolate eggs to find in the countryside. Ages 4 to 10 years old. One and a half hours – £75 per child.

Shetland Pony Club – specialises in first-riding experiences for children. Come and enjoy the magic of our adorable Shetland ponies in the beautiful Surrey countryside.

Children start by meeting and greeting their Shetland pony, learning to brush him and get to know him. With their one-to-one helper, they choose his saddle and help to put it on. They decorate their pony for Easter and get him ready to go on the Easter Trail ride. Children learn to lead their pony first and then have a long 30-40-minute ride, led by their trained helper, all around our beautiful meadows, following the Easter trail. There’s time to take photos to capture that special magic too. The children then arrive at the Easter Egg Hunt and get off their ponies to find the eggs. After their ride, children offer their pony a drink, say goodbye then finish with a prize giving.
