It is an honour to have Krish Thapa offering meditation practice to HINOKI guests this February 6. With plans to offer meditation practice to HINOKI guests every season, Krish has planned for this Winter to focus on fire.
If you are looking to start a meditation practice or enhance your current practice, Krish has experience to give you a different perspective. Krish is passionate about integrating ancient wisdom and philosophy into modern leadership and performance and brings you ancient practices passed down from his lineage, as well as the mindset he has learned serving for 26 years in the British SAS.
The evening will start with meditation practice. Krish will focus the meditation on fire, our inner fire, our inner light. After the one-hour meditation there will be an opportunity to chat 1-2-1 with Krish during tea and a light meal.
Back in May 2023, Krish returned from leading the team that took Hari Budha-Magar, first double amputee above the knee to summit Everest.
Krish started his early years as a monk. Through his service as a monk, he has practiced meditation and it has been his guiding light to spirituality, courage and control. Krish is an ex-British SAS and has had the privilege of leading a 13-soldier SAS Mountain Troop, the largest ever UKSF and Ghurka summit team, up Everest.
