A Free walk for Guildford Walkfest 11km circular walk takes us through the hidden gem of Farley Heath, then through some beautiful farms to reach the poplular Peaslake Village.
Event Description:
A 7mile adventurous and fun route with some quirky features. We’ll take a quick look at the Roman Temple remains before the route takes us through Manor Farm and then into hilly woodlands. Open fields and Hound House Farm will lead the way to our halfway break at the village shop in Peaslake. Returning via a couple of picturesque farms, a quirky caravan park and some local gem paths back to Farley Heath car park.

Please ensure you bring water and snack for the walk.
Please wear sturdy shoes; bring waterproofs if necessary. The distance and duration of the walk depends on the group’s pace and weather conditions. We aim for a medium walking pace with several stops.
Difficulty: easy/moderate
Duration: 3h approx
Bring: snacks, drink, money for shop/pub
Toilets: Toilet available at Peaslake Village pub.
Meet / park: Hurtwood Car Park 8 park in Farley Heath Road. Please arrive 10min earlier at the If your GPS cant find car park 8, search for Farley Heath Road Car park instead. Its not easy to find, so allow extra time please. What3Words: Printouts.sweeping.quintet
