Herbal Medicine Workshop

In this three hour session, we will learn about some of the properties of different kitchen, foraged and readily available botanicals, mindfully making tinctures, teas, salves, poultices and oxymels for your personal botanical apothecary. Take home an apothecary of goodness you will make, along with calm and tranquility from mindful time spent with nature.

Weather and season permitting, we may also spend some time outside identifying medicinal herbs to forage.
