Join Rose Cox, life coach and mental fitness practitioner, and Lisa of HINOKI, for a one day workshop to explore more about yourself and how to increase your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset.
Learn how your mind can work for you but also against you, resulting in stress and uncertainty.
Understand how building mental fitness habits into your daily routines makes you stronger, happier and more creative, freeing you to realise more of your potential and achieve your goals.
The day will include information sharing, group discussion, personal reflection, in-the-moment mindfulness practices, a nutritious lunch and will close with a forest bathing mindful walk.
These activities are designed to consolidate personal insights and provide tools to carry forward for continued growth.
