Heard people talk about wild garlic but not confident you know what it is? Want to know what other spring wild greens you’re missing out on?

Join Elspeth, a passionate forager, qualified ethnobotanist & wild food lover, on a small group foraging walk designed for those at the start of their wild food journey who crave a deeper connection with nature. These walks will feed your soul, spark your curiosity and kindle a love affair with wild plants.

2.5 hour walk including delicious tasters made using wild ingredients, primarily wild garlic which will be in full flush in mid-March.

The focus of this walk is to get to know wild garlic and the poisonous plants to avoid growing near and among it. However, this is a diverse site with woodland, wetlands around a lake, meadow & hedgerow in small area so we will also find many other edible spring greens.

“Elspeth is knowledgeable and infectiously passionate about nature and the outdoors. I loved sampling the delicious foraged greens pesto too! Highly recommend.”

By the end of our walk, you’ll be brimming with inspiration and armed with many ideas on how to use nature’s abundance of wild greens.

Location is private land in Bramley, exact location sent on booking.
