During HINOKI Sunrise Meditation, we start with a meditation to help us set our circadian rhythm. Practicing a morning meditation is one of the best things you can do for yourself. This is a type of meditation and forest bathing that harnesses the power of the sun, trees, and nature waking up. Starting your morning with a calm, focused mind sets the tone for your entire day. We end the meditation with a Japanese inspired tea ceremony.
We begin the session with a 7-10 minute hike up Pitch Hill.
