Detoxifying Yoga Workshop: Begin your day with a two-hour yoga session designed to detoxify, restore, and set intentions for the new year. Enjoy guided pranayama (breath work) and a meditation focused on releasing the old and welcoming the new.
Lunch: Refuel with a healthy vegetarian lunch
Nordic Walking Experience: Try a Nordic Walking taster session, then head out for a gentle yet invigorating walk through the breathtaking Surrey Hills.
Afternoon Tea: Return to relax and unwind with a cozy afternoon tea

About
Uzma has been teaching yoga for 13 years in group settings and private 1-2-1 sessions. Uzma is also a qualified Yoga Therapist and registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) Uzma teaches a very traditional style of yoga with a lot of emphasis on the breath and mindfulness.
Vicky is a trained Nordic Walking instructor, accredited by both Nordic Walking Uk and British Nording Walking. Surrey Striders offers tuition in Nordic walking as well as regular weekly walks around the Surrey Hills and beyond.
