Join us for Women’s Wellness Walks, where we prioritize health, connection, and movement. A 6mile/10km loop from lush Holmbury to Abinger.
Join us for a 6.5 mile womens Wellness Walk. Starting at Holmbury Hill, we will take in the view point before heading along The Greensand Way, traversing fields and woodlands before reaching Abinger Common. A great stop for a snack and chat. We will then loop back through Holmbury St Mary and returning to the start.
It’s a beautiful walk and a great space to meet like minded women, laugh, chat and bond.These walks are tailored to women seeking a supportive environment to unwind, reflect, and prioritize their well-being.
Led by Jenn , these walks offer a blend of gentle exercise, opportunities to meet new people and connect with nature. You’ll find our Women’s Walks are around 5 miles and a more relaxed walking pace. These walks are aimed at women at any stage of life but with extra support and training for those experience menopause symptoms.Our Women’s Wellness Walks provide a nurturing space for self-care and empowerment.
This walk is co-hosted by Jenn who comes all the way from Kent to share her wisdom and passion for hiking and women’s well-being. Jenn runs Womens Wellness Walks in Kent. She is trained in hormonal health and my passion is bringing women into the outdoors to connect with nature and each other. It can not be under estimated how important it is to find your tribe.

The distance and duration of the walk depends on the group’s pace and weather conditions. We aim for a medium walking pace with several stops, unless advertised in the event description.
