OUR STORY

Traditionally farmed in the Surrey Hills, Lydling Farm pure Aberdeen Angus beef is quite simply the best available. Born and reared on the farm and finished at 26 months old, the carcasses are hung for a minimum of three weeks and dressed by the Stovold’s award-winning Q Guild Master Butcher.

 

We are a traditional mixed arable/livestock family farm. All our cattle are extensively grazed. In the summer the young stock graze traditional unfertilised, unsprayed water meadows. In the winter they are housed and fed our own home grown maize silage.
