Sessions are fun & relaxed, combining movement, breathing and laughter exercises. Many people feel awkward or uncomfortable at first but don’t worry, the upsides are worth the temporary social discomfort! No downward dogs in this yoga, it’s all about getting a good DOSE… .. Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins! This is an entirely outdoor event so please dress appropriately, and bring a hot drink, water bottle and yoga mat/towel for the closing relaxation session.
