Through a carefully crafted blend of soothing sounds and melodies, including drums, Himalayan and Crystal Bowls, and therapeutic percussion, Kat Caddick guides participants in a journey starting with a Vinyasa Yoga flow to quieten the mind into deep relaxation and ending with a mindful Sound Bath. Her ethereal voice, combined with the resonance of these instruments, creates an immersive experience that nourishes on all levels.

Experience the transformative power of sound as Kat Caddick envelops you in a cocoon of soothing vibrations, leading you to a place of inner peace and harmony. Join us for an afternoon of tranquillity where you have the opportunity to explore the potent combination of Vinyasa Yoga & Sound Bath.

Price: £30 or 2 x Yoga passes

Class location: The Barn, Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6AA. Follow signs for SHP Health.

Class instructions: 

  • You may wish to wear a pair of non-marking, clean indoor trainers for the standing section of the class. Outdoor shoes are not permitted.
  • We have mats and props available for you to use in “The Studio”. You’re very welcome to bring your own mat and props with you if you prefer.
  • Please bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
  • Please bring a blanket or extra layer for any relaxation phase of the class.
  • Please arrive in your exercise wear ready for the class.
  • Please check in with reception before your class.
  • Generally shoes are not permitted to be worn in “The Studio”. There is space in reception to leave shoes and any bags, etc.
  • If taking your phone into ‘The Studio’, please have this set to silent.
  • Please do not park in the Denbies Farm Shop car park or block the Farm Shop delivery door.
