Footpath hedgerow Westcott
James Croft was given £4651.60 as a grant to plant a hedgerow alongside a footpath. This project will improve habitat connectivity as the hedgerow connect to an established woodland, it will also improve the general appearance of the surrounding area. The planting of new hedging plants will also result in more carbon being stored and sequesters from the atmosphere. As there is a CS rate for hedge planting, we could only provide £11.60 per meter for the hedging.
