No-Fence Collars Manor Farm
The purchase of 39 No-Fence collars has been made to allow this applicant to graze the chalk downlands in Surrey with a herd of Belted Galloways. The technology will allow the farmer to see the location of the hard and their grazing behaviour, large field will be able to be divided up into smaller grazing areas, without the visual impact and costs of permanent fencing. The scheme is also covering the cost of 4 mobile water bowsers that have troughs on the back, this is to provide the cattle with a water supply on the downlands, and also to stop the compaction and poaching of certain areas of the field around water supplies and the erosion of river banks.
