Hedge planting and fencing Bocketts Farm

Bocketts Farm applied for £37,323.75 to plant hedges around the route used for tractor trailer rides at this popular farm attraction. The hedge planting was carried out by volunteers arranged by Surrey County Council’s volunteer coordinators. The hedgerows will increase habitat connectivity and biodiversity across the farm as well as enhancing the landscape.  Fencing was installed to protect the hedge from livestock and a row of native specimen trees was also planted along one hedgerow comprising of Field Maple, Oak, Beech and Hornbeam.
