I am driven by a lifelong passion for continuous improvement and helping others succeed.  I have led multidisciplinary teams in Engineering, worked in and run factories for Mars, Thorn EMI Electronics and Sega, and led consulting projects for clients including Disney, Philips, Pitney Bowes, Polestar, Smith & Nephew, UNIQ foods working with both PwC and IBM.  I have worked across Strategy, Change Management and Business Transformation, delivered SAP and APO implementations, designed and improved Processes, Systems and People management.  I have delivered best practices including Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Simulation, Planned Productive Maintenance, TQM and Lean Manufacturing.

I have worked as a Director for 20+ years running 2 award winning international SME’s in the publishing and food industry.   I have a deep understanding of small businesses and know what it takes to overcome challenges to succeed in your goals.

• Developed vision, strategy and operational plans
• Developed products from scratch and took them to market in English and French
• Designed, developed and supported 5 ecommerce websites
• Sold media products into 52 countries
• Sold food products into 630 retail outlets, 8 distributors, Ocado and Holland & Barrett
• Developed a franchise with 130 members
