Who Is It For?
Creative individuals who are looking for time out to ground, relax, connect and create.
Individuals who would like to learn more about the importance of positive self talk and how to manifest their dreams.
Beginners in watercolour painting who enjoy fresh flowers and gardens.

Floral Watercolours
On arrival, you will be given a goody bag including a tin of watercolour tablets, brushes, palette, paper, hand-outs and a small vase or posy of flowers.

30 minute painting session to practise mark-making, experiment with different brushes and mix colours (eg. painting stems and various petal types) guided by Sarah and with handouts.

1 hour 30 minutes dedicated to painting fresh, locally sourced flowers. Sarah will be on hand to guide and demo throughout.

Here’s why painting is good for the soul…

Painting can slow down the mind and body, helping to transport you to a place of peace and flow. With every drop of pigment and sweep of water, discover the quiet joy of presence and creativity.

No experience needed, just come as you are!

Please bring an apron.

Manifesting
15 minute session (optional with bare feet) on the grass within the tranquil walled garden to ground yourself and set a positive intention for the day.

15 minute breathwork session.

1 hour 30 minutes exploring the art of manifesting your dreams. This session will include the importance of positive language and self talk, visualisation work and more.

No experience needed, just bring an open mind (and a small towel to wipe your feet after being barefoot)!
