As we slow down beneath the canopy of trees, guided mindfulness invitations help us open to nature’s quiet wisdom, calming the mind and soothing the body. This gentle walk (no more than 1 mile) allows you to reconnect not only with the forest, but with the truth that you are part of nature—not separate from it.
We close our experience with a powerful gong immersion. Lying down, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as the vibrations of the Pluto gong wash over you. Gong therapy supports emotional release, nervous system balance, and deep inner stillness.
