Volunteer tools for Maintenance Wey and Arun Canal Trust
The Wey and Arun Canal trust appliedย for ยฃ9,975.86ย toย purchaseย a two wheeled tractor with attachments and a winch, to enable safer working conditions for volunteers on the canal. The equipment will also improve public access along the towpath for multi- users of the path year-round. Recently the paths had become overgrown and multiple trees hadย fallen down. The equipment has already enabled the removal of these hazards to make a more enjoyable and user-friendly space.ย ย
