YOGA & BREATHWORK. We begin with a 90-minute yoga and Conscious Connected Breathing session, flowing through gentle yet energising movements that stretch, strengthen, and awaken your body. Conscious Connected Breathing practices will help release tension, sharpen your focus, and cultivate a sense of inner light, preparing you to fully embrace the rejuvenating energy of the season.
FOREST BATHING. Next, immerse yourself in a mindful forest bathing experience, slowing down to connect deeply with the sights, sounds, and scents of spring. Feel the soft rustle of new leaves, the warmth of dappled sunlight, and the fresh fragrance of the forest as you release stress, refresh your mind, and awaken your senses.
LUNCH. Between sessions, enjoy a delicious, locally-prepared spring-inspired lunch, designed to delight your taste buds and nourish your body.
