May is a month of enchantment. The forest stands fully awake. Leaves unfurled, blossom drifting on warm air, birdsong layered and abundant. Life hums, vibrates, and sings. This is a time of blooming and resonance, when the world feels alive with possibility and the boundary between inner and outer nature softens.
This guided forest bathing and sound healing journey invites you to step into the heart of spring and allow yourself to be held by the forest and carried by sound.
PRESENCE deepens as we move slowly and intentionally through the woodland, guided in forest bathing practices that awaken the senses and attune us to the living world around us. We notice the fullness of green, the softness of light through leaves, the warmth of the earth beneath our feet. May invites us to receive rather than strive. To linger, to listen, to soften into what is already here.
AWARENESS expands as we attune to the forest’s intricate rhythms. Pollinators dance between flowers, sap rises, and the woodland breathes in layered harmony. Through gentle invitations, we open to the subtle intelligence of nature and the quiet ways it mirrors our own inner landscape, alive, interconnected, and responsive.
RESONANCE unfolds as sound healing is introduced by Michelle of @alchemyinharmony. Surrounded by trees, we are bathed in healing vibrations as Tibetan singing bowls and intuitive sound move through the forest air. Sound weaves with birdsong and breeze, inviting deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and alignment. The body becomes an instrument, the forest a resonant chamber, supporting release and renewal on a cellular level.
INTENTION softens and integrates in this season of flowering. Rather than pushing toward change, we are invited to ask: What is already blooming within me? What wants to be expressed, shared, or celebrated? Supported by earth and sound, intentions settle gently into the body and nervous system.
HEALING deepens as nature and vibration work together. The forest offers grounding and stability; sound brings flow and coherence. Together, they support rest, emotional release, and a return to balance, leaving us feeling nourished, spacious, and alive.
