May in the barn is one of my favourite times of year. The doors are open. The light through the Surrey trees is extraordinary. The patio smells like earth and warm stone. It’s the kind of morning you don’t want to spend entirely in a kitchen.

So we don’t.

This workshop is about easy entertaining when life is already full. Not food that needs three days and a clear schedule – food that arrives on the table looking like you thought about it, without requiring you to think about nothing else all day.

We take our freezer meal range – Indian dishes cooked from scratch in our kitchen, frozen at their best – and show you how to build a proper spring spread around them. How to layer flavours so the table feels complete. Which dishes work together. What to add fresh. How to make it look considered.
