As autumn deepens and the woodland begins to glow with golden light, amber leaves, and rich earthy scents, gift yourself the opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with nature in a deeply restorative way.

Join us in the peaceful private woodlands of the Harry Edwards Foundation for a guided Forest Bathing experience designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and immerse yourself in the quiet wisdom of the forest.

Wandering gently beneath the autumn canopy, we’ll pause to notice the colours, textures, birdsong, and grounding scents of the season. Through a series of mindful nature invitations, you’ll be encouraged to arrive fully in the present moment. The session concludes with our signature “treelaxation” nature meditation, followed by a warming woodland tea.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing has been associated with reduced stress, improved mood and focus, better sleep, enhanced creativity, and deeper overall wellbeing.

Led by Joanna Bristow-Watkins and Katie Robinson of Harmony in Nature.

Duration: 3 hours
