Nordic walking uses specially designed poles to engage the upper body as you walk, helping to improve fitness, balance and stamina while reducing pressure on the joints.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Surrey Hills, this relaxed and friendly beginner course is perfect for anyone wanting to become more active, enjoy the outdoors and learn a new skill in a supportive environment.
Led by experienced instructor Vicky Goode, the session is suitable for all abilities and poles are provided.
