I’m a Registered Nutritionist based in the Surrey Hills, and I’m currently welcoming a small group of people onto my next Gut Transformation Programme starting on Monday 1st June 2026 for 21 days.
Over the course of the programme, you’ll learn how to support your digestive health through practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies (over 40 curated recipes), helping you improve symptoms, boost energy levels and gain a better understanding of what works for your body.
