Guided by Lisa of HINOKI and Jules of Jules Wood Coaching, this collaborative session brings together the calming, sensory practice of time in the woods with the reflective power of writing.
Set within the quiet embrace of the woodland, the experience invites you to slow down, listen deeply, awaken your senses, and become fully present in the natural world. Alongside this, thoughtful journalling prompts and supportive techniques will help you explore your inner landscape with curiosity and ease.

No previous journalling experience is needed, just an openness to pause, notice, listen, and reflect.
