Listening Woods: Forest Bathing & Journalling
2 October 2026 @ 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Slow down this October with forest bathing and guided journalling, combining sensory woodland practice with thoughtful reflection and seasonal release.
This October, join Listening Woods, a unique blend of forest bathing and journalling, designed to gently reconnect you with both nature and yourself.
Guided by Lisa of HINOKI and Jules of Jules Wood Coaching, this collaborative session brings together the calming, sensory practice of time in the woods with the reflective power of writing.
Set within the woodland as it turns toward autumn, the experience invites you to slow down, listen deeply, awaken your senses, and become fully present in the natural world. As the trees begin to release their leaves, we are invited to do the same — to notice what we are ready to let go of, and to meet that release with curiosity rather than resistance. Alongside this, thoughtful journalling prompts and supportive techniques will help you explore your inner landscape with ease.
Together, these practices create a space for clarity, creativity, and reflection — where the quiet wisdom of the falling leaves, the act of deep listening, and the power of putting pen to paper gently come together. No previous journalling experience is needed, just an openness to pause, notice, listen, and let go, just as the forest is doing all around you.
