Letting Go, Making Space
As the season turns and nature begins to release what it no longer needs, we are invited to do the same.
Join Krish Thapa—former Gurkha and SAS soldier, Everest mountaineer, and mentor to mountaineers, for a powerful 4-hour journey through nature, breath and inner wisdom.
Walking 3–4 miles through the landscape, this is more than a walk. It is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life, and turn our attention inward.
Drawing on a lifetime spent in some of the world’s most demanding environments, as well as years of spiritual practice, Krish shares practical wisdom for developing resilience, clarity and a deeper sense of self. Along the way, he will guide us through breathwork, meditation and moments of reflection, inviting us to explore what we might release—and what we might make space for.
Autumn reminds us that letting go is not an ending, but part of the natural rhythm of renewal. As the trees shed their leaves, they create space for what is to come. Perhaps we can do the same.
Halfway through our journey, we will pause in nature for a nourishing, light lunch and drink inspired by the season—a chance to rest, replenish and share time together before continuing our walk.
This is a grounding and expansive experience: a chance to reconnect with nature, with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
Come ready to walk, breathe, reflect—and perhaps leave a little lighter than you arrived.
