Festive Tea & Botanical Blending: Herbal Tea Workshop

With the scent of spices and botanicals in the air, this is an opportunity to slow down, gather, and create beautiful herbal teas to enjoy, share or give as thoughtful gifts.

With access to over 50 high-quality herbs, seeds and roots, you will explore their medicinal properties, flavour profiles and functional uses. You’ll discover how different botanicals work together, and learn to combine them with balance and intention, using top, heart and base notes — much like working with perfume — to create blends that are as delicious and aromatic as they are purposeful.

Guided throughout, you can move beyond pre-written recipes and develop your confidence in creating your own festive formulations. You might create a warming blend with seasonal spices, a soothing tea for cosy winter evenings, a fragrant festive infusion, or simply follow the flavours you love. A selection of festive recipes will also be available if you prefer a little more guidance.

During the workshop, you will create 36 individual herbal sachets, divided into three sets of 12. Each blend will reflect your own choices and instincts, bringing together flavour, fragrance and function in a way that is both beautiful and practical.

You’ll leave with a collection of beautifully finished festive blends to enjoy throughout the Christmas season, share with friends and family, or give as thoughtful handmade gifts — along with the skills and confidence to continue creating your own herbal teas at home.
