It reflects the heart of Cranleigh and plays a valued role in the landscape of the Surrey Hills.

A Dynamic Outdoor Event Space
As a versatile outdoor event space, Knowle Park features multiple open-air event spaces, including a natural amphitheatre, lakeside stage, and our charming ‘Secret Garden’ community art space. These atmospheric areas host performances, community celebrations, fitness sessions, charity events and seasonal activities, bringing people together in a truly inspiring setting.
Family-Friendly Adventure
The park includes a well-loved adventure playground, designed to spark creativity and confidence in young visitors. Surrounded by nature and thoughtfully integrated into the landscape, itโs a favourite destination for local families.
Powered by Community & Local Partnerships
Knowle Park Trust works closely with volunteers, local groups and organisations, whose passion and involvement help keep the park thriving. Regular users, such as Cranleigh parkrun, Wild Tots and various wellbeing and nature-based groups, bring life, learning and community spirit to the park throughout the year.
Caring for Nature & the Surrey Hills Landscape
Sustainability is central to the Trustโs work. We manage the land through environmentally responsible practices, supporting biodiversity, planting native species, protecting habitats and operating with a low environmental footprint by using local suppliers, contractors and materials wherever possible.
In every season, Knowle Park offers something special. Moments of calm, bursts of creativity, and the joy of shared experiences in nature. Itโs more than a park; itโs a living, breathing community space shaped by the people who love it. Whether you come to walk, play, explore or celebrate, Knowle Park invites you to feel at home in the outdoors.
