Nourish & Glow are a brand new start up based in Cobham, Surrey, and our aim is to source and supply naturally nutritious food for those our are interested in physical and mental wellbeing, as well as those who are searching for a way to replace lost nutrients without resorting to dietary supplements.
The first product in our line up is raw cacao – probably the most complex plant based food on earth. The benefits are huge. Cacao contains 40 times more antioxidants than blueberries, high levels of magnesium and high concentrations all four bliss chemicals – serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylethylamine – and has more calcium than cows milk. Watch this space as we plan to bring on board more natural life enhancing products.
Co-founder Jenny was on the look out for foods that could help her daughter – a professional golfer – to get back some of the nutrients she was losing through her allergies to a lot of food groups. Jenny found raw cacao whilst trawling the internet and discovered that it was not easy to come by in the UK.
After finally finding a supplier, she discussed it with her brother Chris and they decided that this product deserved a wider audience, and so Nourish & Glow was born.
