How we help:

• AI adoption: practical sessions and ongoing support, to make AI useful for the people doing the work.
• Business systems and capability: operations, growth and marketing, CRM, websites, and the systems and processes that hold an organisation together.
• Sustainability: helping you navigate a complicated space, whether you’ve already started or are just looking at where to begin. Mapping where you are, spotting gaps in data or traceability, signing up to the SME Climate Hub, exploring B Corp, drafting transition plans, or finding new revenue from carbon, biodiversity, and wider ecosystem services.

How we work: As little as an hour or two, a few hours a month, or a fractional role. As needed, when needed.
