We know sausages. In fact, we started out as a successful pig farmer in the 1930s so we know what cuts of meat make the best sausages. So, when Harry and Jim White opened their first shop in Ewell, Surrey, our family has grown to become the name behind some of Britain’s most loved mealtimes.

We made our name in producing delicious pork sausages but we’re butchers first and know our way around everything meaty. We work with pork, beef, lamb, venison and chicken.
