Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village is a unique art destination in Compton, Surrey. Found in 1904 and dedicated to showcasing the work of Victorian artist George Frederic Watts and his wife, designer Mary Watts. We provide a fun day out, featuring our permanent collection, temporary exhibitions, and 18 acres of grounds and gardens with a historic house and chapel. Our mission is to bring art to all, offering educational programs, workshops, and events that inspire creativity and learning.
Set within the tranquil surroundings of the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our Grade II* listed Arts & Crafts Gallery provides a stunning location for a variety of events, both small and large-scale, including bespoke weddings, dinner and drink receptions, private celebrations, corporate events and team away days and memorials and wakes.
