Brewing since 2008, we create beers inspired by the World’s best ingredients, flavours, and techniques, fusing traditional methods and modern-style ideas to make beer people want to drink.
Since being founded in a small warehouse in west Dorking, the brewery has grown ever since. In 2018, we relocated to our current site in Capel, two years after being taken over by Royal Navy reservist Neel Singh, allowing us to double our brewing capacity.
Based just outside the Surrey Hills Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty, our beer is made with our surroundings in mind. Our spent grain is reused by the farm whose site we share and fed to their dairy herd, while the beer itself is produced using 100% natural ingredients – no finings allowed – making them vegan friendly!
From the classic real ale drinker to the new wave craft beer fan, there is something for everyone. Forward-thinking and always looking to produce new and exciting beers, as well as maintain traditional brewing methods, we want the brewery to become a vibrant place for visitors to come, relax and enjoy our beer.

As one of the larger Surrey breweries, we pride ourselves on the fantastic, loyal, and local customers we have and are delighted to serve them from our on-site taproom, opened in 2021.
Tap and Gun is open throughout the week for takeout and collections and stays open into the evening every weekend with our very own smokehouse BBQ serving burgers, wings and fries every Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
Brewery tours take place every Saturday afternoon and can be booked in advance via our website, while we also host regular events to support the community, with live music and fun for all the family, making it a perfect weekend destination (particularly in the warmer months!)!
We offer a guarantee of quality on all our products (or free replacement) and aim to provide guaranteed next day delivery for all Surrey customers (Mon – Fri). We also arrange free tours and tastings for local venues so their teams can learn how we make our beer and how it tastes so they can sell it better in their establishment.
Our beer can be enjoyed in pubs, clubs, hotels, and restaurants across the South east, or from the comfort of your own home. You can order a selection of our beers from our online shop, in cans, bottles, mini kegs, or beer boxes.
