The man behind the wok Mr Neung comes from generations of successful street food traders in the heart of South Thailand…Nakhon Si Thammarat.
We have traded at festivals for over 20 years with our craft stall Gem Mania, but food has always been Neung’s passion so in 2016 Thai Mania was finally born!
Secrets passed through generations of our street food family means that you won’t taste Thai food like this anywhere in the UK. All of our dishes are cooked from scratch with fresh local produce and top quality imported Thai ingredients. Our menu has been created with love from traditional family recipes mixed with a little Asian fusion cooking from our travels.
Dishes include the popular Thai Green, Massaman & Panang Curries…Chicken or Tofu Satay with Homemade Peanut sauce & Cucumber pickle…Homemade Thai Spring Rolls…Spicy Prawn Crackers and the King of Thai Street Food…Pad Thai Noodles.
