voco® Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa is a historic country house hotel set in 22 acres of picturesque countryside.

Our on-site La Collina Pizzeria gives you a true taste of Italy, serving authentic Italian pizza’s cooked in our open plan kitchen and served straight to your table, or indulge in our modern British cuisines in The Tudor Restaurant overlooking the Surrey Hills.

The hotel is located just an hour from central London, 35 miles from Gatwick airport (LGW) and 10 minutes off the A3 motorway. Haslemere train station is 1.5 miles away, with frequent trains to London and Portsmouth.

voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa previously comprised of converted farm barns, cattle sheds, milking parlours and stalls. The Grade 2 listed Tudor Farm House dates back to 1475 and during our rebrand to the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) voco family in April 2023 it underwent a full refurbishment whilst keeping its original character features.
voco Lythe Hill retains a rural ambience with our main restaurant looking out over mature forest as well as our beautiful lake which adjoins National Trust land and an RSPB reserve Barfold Copse.

Here at voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa we believe that collectively, small initiatives make a big difference: Aerated shower heads, recycled duvet – and pillow-fillings, refillable, plant-based
bathroom amenities, and many local initiatives might seem small, but collectively they add up. One initiative that we pride ourselves in is always sourcing fresh and local produce for our F&B outlets, as well as working with small local businesses where possible, we love being part of the Surrey Hills community and always try to give back when we can.
