Autumn Infusion: Herbal Tea Workshop

Step into a carefully curated herbal apothecary experience, designed around the rich, grounding energy of autumn. As the season turns and the natural world draws inward, this is a beautiful moment to slow down, gather, and create something deeply nourishing.

With access to over 50 high-quality herbs, you will explore their medicinal properties, flavour profiles, and functional uses, discovering which botanicals speak to this season of warmth, rest, and transition. You will learn how to combine them with balance and intention, using flavour profiles and top, heart and base notes, much like working with perfume, to create blends that are as pleasurable to drink as they are effective.

Guided throughout, you will move beyond pre-written recipes and develop the confidence to create your own autumn formulations. You will craft three distinct blends, each tailored to a specific purpose, perhaps something warming and immune-supportive, something deeply relaxing for the longer evenings, or something to simply savour by the fire.

During the workshop you will create 36 individual herbal sachets, divided into three sets of 12, each one reflecting your own choices and instincts, combining function with flavour in a way that is both practical and refined.

You will leave with a collection of professionally finished autumn blends and the skills and confidence to continue creating your own at home, long after the season has settled in.
