As we step into the heart of autumn’s transition, this forest bathing experience (or Shinrin-yoku) invites you to slow down and connect deeply with nature through all your senses.

PRESENCE is at the core of this experience. This is not a hike or a physical workout, but an invitation to pause, breathe, and fully engage with the moment as nature prepares for the shift into winter.

SLOWNESS guides our way through the woods, moving gently with the rhythm of autumn as the trees shed their vibrant leaves and the air cools. It’s a time to turn inward, reflecting on the season’s harvest and preparing for the quieter, restorative months ahead.

AWARENESS deepens as you begin to notice the subtle changes: the crispness in the air, the scent of damp earth and pine, the texture of bare branches, and the soft, golden light filtering through the canopy. The forest speaks in whispers, carrying the last warm breath of autumn before winter takes hold.

HEALING unfolds in this stillness. Forest bathing has been shown to reduce stress, support the immune system, lower blood pressure, and improve mental clarity. As nature prepares for winter’s rest, we too are invited to slow down, reflect, and restore.

BELONGING is found in this space, where you can simply be—embraced by the forest and free from distraction. It’s a return to a deeper connection with nature, away from the noise and busyness of daily life.

CONNECTION deepens as we gather at the end of our journey, sharing our experience and sipping a warming wild tea, crafted from seasonal, foraged plants. This tea offers a taste of autumn’s magic, grounding us in the richness of the season.

INVITATION awaits. Come as you are, step into the forest’s quiet, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and reconnected—to nature and to yourself.
