Emergency First Aid at Work Course.
The 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course meets the requirements set by the Health & Safety Executive and the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This course is designed to give delegates the confidence and competence to act in the event of an emergency, whilst waiting for further medical help to arrive.
This course is designed for individuals working in low-risk environments such as offices and shops. If you work in a high hazard work environment, please refer to our First Aid at Work course.
The course covers the basic knowledge that could save a life should someone collapse at work, including the use of a defibrillator. According to the Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest research of the UK Resuscitation Council 15 % of the 30,000 arrests per year will be at work. These skills keep your staff and customers safe.
The cost of the training in our exclusive venue is £145 inclusive per person and includes free parking, refreshments, certificate and pdf course resources. All delegates receive FREE skills update training annually as recommended by the Health and Safety Executive.
