Jen’s Nature Hike –10km Peaslake and Farley Heath circular
27 March 2026 @ 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
This is the first of Jen’s Nature walks: 10km circular walk starts at the popular Peaslake Village and follows through some beautiful woodlands and trails of Farley Heath.
These walks are for Nature lovers, who love to hike but also take a pause to observe nature around us. An invitation to absorb the positive influence nature has on our mental health.
Starting from the quaint Peaslake village, this varied 10km route begins by taking us past farmhouses and through grassland fields with sweeping panoramic views. We pass through a quirky caravan site, and into Farley Green, where the canopy of woodland encloses to reveal a pathway through a stunning half conifer, half broadleaf estate. This particular woodland features a beautiful mossy undergrowth and we will also stop to admire an impressive Oak tree. After an adventurous incline and a steep descent, we rejoin the farmland on our route back towards Peaslake to finish this circular walk. The option of a coffee marks the finish line at the Hurtwood Hotel or Peaslake shop.
What to expect on Jen’s Nature walks?

With each tree revealing a unique narrative, Jen loves to tell the story of the woodland and how trees connect, communicate and adapt to their environment.
