Using specially designed poles, Nordic walking works the upper and lower body together, improving fitness, posture and overall wellbeing – all while being gentle on joints.
This 2-hour Learn to Nordic Walk workshop will teach you the correct technique so you can:
– Get more from your everyday walks
– Improve strength, balance and posture
– Enjoy a low-impact, effective workout
– Walk independently or join organised group walks
Suitable for all ages and abilities – no previous experience needed. Poles are provided.
