Plant Support Workshop

Make willow plant supports in a half-day or full-day outdoor workshop. Create obelisks and trellises using traditional weaving techniques, with refreshments included.
Join us for a half-day or full-day, outdoor craft workshop and make a selection of plant supports, including a Willow Obelisk and/or a garden Willow or Hazel Trellis you can be proud of!
The Workshop
Our full-day workshop will provide you with sufficient time to make a mini-Obelisk as well as a large Obelisk, plus either a large decorative Trellis, Cylindrical Plant Support or Cloche! We use various styles of weaving and lengths of rods to create the plant supports. We will demonstrate these styles on the day, and are happy for you to be creative with your own designs!
