Through a blend of slow, mindful yoga with Maddy, grounding and flowing Qigong and reflective writing with Sue, you’ll begin to notice what truly supports your well-being – and what quietly drains it.
Together, we’ll explore how to create inner stillness, listen to the body’s wisdom, soften the nervous system, and make space for deep rest – all in a beautiful, warm space with stunning views and a delicious plant-based lunch.
Leave feeling grounded, recharged and restored and more connected to what truly matters for the year ahead.
