Nick Bullen applied for ยฃ1,359.21 toย purchaseย grazing infrastructure to allow him, in collaboration withย Denbiesย Wine Estate, to graze between the vines after harvest.ย ย
The benefits of grazing sheep between the vines are:ย ย

- Fertilisationย ย
- Aerating soilย ย
- Reducing vineyardโs carbon footprintย
The project also included the purchase of signs to ensure the public keep their dogs on leads around the livestock and to make them aware of where the sheep are grazing.ย ย
