Scythes and rakes Banstead Commons Conservators
Banstead Common Conservators applied for £1,812.00 to purchase scythes, blades and hay rakes to enable volunteers to take part in heathland management on Banstead Commons. A group of volunteers are being trained to learn how to use the scythes properly. These tools are additional to previously funded FiPL tools which were purchased last year.
